These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between players ("User" or "you") who use zawgyi9's website, mobile platform, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), and zawgyi9 ("we").

By accessing and using zawgyi9's services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

1. General Definitions

1.1 Definition of Service

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

2.2 One Account Per Person

2.3 Accuracy of Information

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Supported payment methods at zawgyi9 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks for all methods.

• Deposits are credited after account verification is completed.
• The player is solely responsible for ensuring their account is used correctly for deposits.
• Depositing using a third party's payment method is not allowed.
• If a fraudulent or reversed deposit is detected, the account may be closed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of the request. Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's registered payment method.

• Withdrawal requests are processed after our verification check is complete.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if account verification has not been completed.
• The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the player's available balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3.3 Financial Checks

We reserve the right to carry out checks related to financial regulations and anti-money laundering. Withdrawals may be placed on hold while these checks are being carried out.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

zawgyi9's welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be met.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player.
• Withdrawals are not allowed until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• The bonus wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• If the wagering requirement for a bonus is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If we determine that any actions were taken to obtain a bonus unfairly, the bonus may be cancelled.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Fair Play

zawgyi9 ensures that all players get a fair game. The games we provide use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which guarantees that game outcomes are unpredictable.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using our services —

• Using software, bots, or tools to bypass the gaming system
• Colluding between accounts
• Playing with the intent to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Hacking the communication network by any means
• Making fraudulent financial deposits
• Depositing funds that are not legitimate money

If any of these violations are found, we may, at our discretion, close the account, cancel bonuses, and freeze funds.

6。 VIP Level and Loyalty Program

zawgyi9 offers four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — based on each player's betting volume and game type. VIP level progression is tied to a player's play history, and the following cashback rates apply—

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts are not fixed and may change depending on a player's betting volume and the period. We reserve the right to update VIP details at any time.

7。 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Situations where we may close an account

• If a breach of this agreement is found
• If there is non-compliance with financial regulations
• If abnormal financial activity is detected
• If the player requests closure themselves (responsible gaming)
• If related to a legal investigation

7.2 Closure by the player
